A Self-made Entrepreneur, Thinker, Philosopher, Humanitarian, Educationist & Philanthropist Shri Ramkumar Goel, the Chairman of Maxwell and also the Founder & CMD of A R C, has made his mark on the CORPORATE WORLD with a onary approach complimented by industrious zeal. Born and brought up in an agricultural family of a remote village in Haryana with discontinued college education, he started his career as a clerk in a private firm and soon reached the top.

1. Founded Associated Road Carriers Ltd. in 1972, which ranks 2nd in India today.
2. Made significant contribution in developing Educational, Medical, Social & Charitable Institutions.
3. Managing Committee Member of ASSOCHAM and associated with various prestigious Indian Trade & Industry’s Associations.
4. Authored several bilingual books like The Essence of Life; Gateway to Heaven; Take Charge of your Life; Fall in Love with Yourself; You, Me & the World and Bitter Pills… etc.
5. Recipient of the prestigious Bhama Shah Award, Vaish Ratna Award and many others.

Mr.Ravi Goel, serves as the Managing Director of Maxwell Logistics Private Limited, and also the Director of Associated Road Carriers Ltd, one of the largest transport organization in India. A visionary leader, self-motivator, and imbibed with leadership qualities acquired from his earlier generations. He brings vast knowledge, experience and proves to be a torchbearer in the logistics and relocation industry, has been with the transport industry for more than 2 decades. He has been associated with the company since its inception as a promoter. 

Taking his passion for work forward, he has been serving as Managing director of Maxwell Logistics from the year 2007, has been a driving force in the impeccable success for the past 2 decades and over.

Beginning with the initial footprint of 4 branches and a turnover of INR.1.5 crores, to expand a new horizon, Maxwell Relocations was introduced in the year 2009 to deliver packing and moving services within India and overseas. Scaling to greater heights Currently expanded its wings with a strong overseas network across the world and has 34 branches within India. With an annual turnover of INR.130 crores in the last financial year. With association as a director for Associated Road Carriers Ltd, he has proved his mettle in steering his team and organization to surpass a grand turnover of INR.1780 crores.

Today Maxwell Logistics sails in the glory of success by delivering all types of cargo movement i.e. Full loads - Bulk Cargo – Containerized and Port Clearance with specialization in Project Transportation - Heavy and Odd Dimensional Cargo Movement along with Relocation services.

He is responsible for the overall working of the company and is instrumental in making strategic & proactive decisions in the interest and progress of the company. His distinctive leadership qualities have been evident through the past years and have forged his team to be dedicated, committed, and enthusiastic in their respective profiles.

His commitment to delivering customer satisfaction backed with constant innovation, strategic upgradations of policies and working tools has propelled the company, to attain a durable position in this Industry. His efforts have made Maxwell Logistics a strong contender to achieve leadership quality in this domain.
