Executive – Coordination

Job Responsibilities:

We are looking for an a Executive – Coordination to support our operations and client communication processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day inquiry accumulation and update the same in the system/software.
  • Coordinate with respective branches to track and update the status of inquiries.
  • Prepare and maintain Excel reports for data comparison and analysis.
  • Coordinate with corporate clients to schedule appointments for senior management.
  • Communicate with clients to follow up and convert leads.
  • Ensure timely updates and smooth communication between internal teams and clients.

Required Skills:

  • Good communication skills (English & Hindi preferred).
  • Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Customer-focused and result-oriented approach.

Experience: 0-1 year
