Job Responsibilities:
We are looking for an a Executive – Coordination to support our operations and client communication processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day inquiry accumulation and update the same in the system/software.
- Coordinate with respective branches to track and update the status of inquiries.
- Prepare and maintain Excel reports for data comparison and analysis.
- Coordinate with corporate clients to schedule appointments for senior management.
- Communicate with clients to follow up and convert leads.
- Ensure timely updates and smooth communication between internal teams and clients.
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills (English & Hindi preferred).
- Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Customer-focused and result-oriented approach.
